- We lead the research programm OPTIPROPULSEUR which aim at reducing gazole impact on trawlers an other fishing boats, by adapting the pump-propeller concept .
- We developed a passenger vessel concept with long hull and vertical bow. Optimised with MARIN tank test specialist, this concept gives a 5% reduction of power and provide the best state-of-the-art comfort at sea. It is adapted to winter operation on open heavy seas (Iroise sea, gulf of Biscay).
We are inventors of
the Y cruise vessel concept, which is the subject of two patents owned
jointly with Aker Yards
- shipyards.
- We developed this concept on large yachts and small cruise ships projects.
- ShipStudio is currently developing the "Sea State 5" project, a fast ship capable of operation in foul weather with low
- fuel consumption.
